SOIL GLUE

Soil Stabilizer

Controls dust and erosion creating extremely durable soil on golf course bunkers, banks, trails or paths. Provides resistance to water penetration, wear and weathering. Can be used as a carrier for hydro-seeding operations, on freeway embankments and shoulders, as well as on construction sites and dusty roads.

Ecologically / Environmentally Safe

Soil Glue is non-hazardous and water-soluble made with environmentally friendly emulsion polymers specifically designed for use in soil stabilization and dust control.

Water Resistant

Once cured, soil glue is water resistant, though not water proof. Soil Glue’s water resistance is greatest when Soil Glue is able to penetrate the soil. Some treated soils will have increased water resistance with additional applications of Soil Glue for increased soil penetration.

Vegetation Safe

Soil Glue is non-toxic to plants.

Biodegradable

Breaks down naturally and safely into nature. In general, Soil Glue lasts approximately three to four months before reapplication is necessary. Longevity is mainly determined by soil type.

Soil Glue is a cost-effective and innovative product that is specifically engineered for today’s challenging soil stabilization and dust control needs. Soil Glue is a polymer-based emulsion used primarily to stabilize all soils from dust and erosion.

Soil Glue is a powerful, high-tech bonding agent specifically engineered and formulated to bond soil particles together. Applied to the surface of the soil, Soil Glue forms a protective, flexible film that eliminates dust, prevents mud and controls erosion, Applied to the surface of the soil, Soil Glue forms a protective, flexible film that eliminates dust, prevents mud and controls erosion.

Soil Glue is specifically engineered for ease of use for large commercial projects down to smaller residential applications. It can be as simple to apply as watering the ground. Furthermore, Soil Glue is designed to work its way down into the soil to maximize the penetration depth. The result is a thicker protective barrier with a more rigid and stable base. Once cured, Soil Glue becomes completely transparent, leaving the natural landscape to appear untouched. Soil Glue results are based on the application rate used. Modest applications can create a light temporary surface crust that is permeable by water and is useful for dust control needs. On the other hand, heavy applications can generate results similar to the qualities of cement.

As Soil Glue bonds the individual soil particles together and dries, it forms a flexible crust that strengthens the surface of the soil. It creates a three-dimensional matrix (depth varies depending on type of application and performance requirements) in the soil resulting in enhanced stability and durability.

As a non-hazardous, water-soluble product, Soil Glue may be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as wetland buffer zones. Soil Glue has no harmful effects on people, animals, fish, or other aquatic life.
